The Order Of Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization under Freemason to which anybody regardless of his or her distinction of race, religion, creed, or sexual orientation can belong. It is a platform where a member will feel like a part of a family. The OES was founded in 1800 by Dr. Rob Morris, an American prominent poet. Step by step procedure to join the eastern 

The Order of the Eastern Star allows Master Masons and the female relatives of Masons as members to join the fraternity. Here are some basic rules for joining OES.

18 years or older
If you are an adult of 18 years or older, you can apply for the enrollment. No kids under this age are allowed to join the organization. 

Male Master Mason
If you are a male who joins the OES, you already are a fully-recognized Master Mason.  

Woman member
A woman must have a male relative who is a Master Mason to join the Eastern Star chapter.

No crime record
You cannot commit any crime or felony before the age of 18.

Local chapter
If you have no idea about the order of eastern star, you can get contact with a local chapter near you. The members will guide you through the procedure of enrollment.

If you believe in the existence of a Supreme Power, you can go ahead with your plan to become a member of the OES. People of all kinds of religions are accepted.
