 This pandemic was a hard lesson for everyone. With the sudden mandate of self-isolation, industries were shut down, businesses were closed, employees were laid off and many people were stuck away from their homes. This led to the deterioration of mental health with a rise in anxiety and stress levels. This was not only in adults but this pandemic had cast its stress net over children and even pets. Reduced outdoor activity, minimal physical movement, and routine household chores had finally caught up with people instilling a sense of fear and uncertainty.
