The 3 Degrees Under-the-craft in Masonic Order

The Holy Royal Arch, The Mark Degree, The Royal Ark Mariners, The Craft, Royal & Select Masters, Rose Croix – also known as The Ancient & Accepted Rite, Knights Templar, Order of the Secret Monitor- are the degrees and orders you will come across in a Freemasonry. Here we will discuss the three sub degrees under The Craft. Well, the Masonic order has specific rituals and foundations that revolves around the epic of the development of King Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem and Hiram Abif. 

In the Masonic order, the position of the Craft is pretty much crystalline. The system of three degrees is crowned by The Holy Royal Arch. It follows the appreciation and acknowledgment of those who express their moral values. The good intent is recognized when in dramatic situations candidates display their generosity. The First Degree- a rite of Initiation: In this, the principle of moral truth and virtue is completely conveyed through communication in the Charge to the Initiate. The person is contracted as a workman.

The Second Degree-a true beginning: Here lies the real action phase. A skilled workman becomes a craftsman who is able to build large impressive buildings in order to honor the Highness. The first temple is built by an ancient disciple and the second Temple lies in people’s hearts. Based on historical and biblical events the followings and practices of freemasonry are performed. 

The Third Degree- raising to the highly honored degree of a Master Mason: Besides activities of construction, there are other religious aspects of figurative resurrection, we move forward to. Basically, here we are referring to the darker sides of a person which is directed by his or her ambition and greed that transforms into acts of corruption and violence. The Temple is completed and we acknowledge the builder. The genuine secrets are lost which do not have to be gained back for around 500 years.
