Why an “Ignorance is a Bliss” Mindset is Not So Blissful

If you really want to do something, you will find the time to do it, no matter what, no matter how time-constrained world you live in. But if you can’t find the time, you surely will find an excuse. Take a moment and look around you. You’ll find people in great numbers who still believe in “ignorance is a bliss” mindset. However, one of the worst things about following this mindset is that it makes you insensitive towards your surroundings. It restricts you to be mindful about yourself, your surroundings, and the opportunities knocking your door. You never care to answer the door simply because you have become comfortable and blissful in your ignorance.

But, you know what? Mindset, as a matter of fact, is liquid in nature. You can change your mindset dramatically by the thoughts you feed to it. Your actions are determined by the thoughts you feed to your mind. And ultimately, these actions are what shape the results. So, it essentially means that it is up to you to change your mindset whenever you want to. Join a freemasonry society in Utah and get rid of your not-so-blissful ignorance.

Unfortunately, it is ignorance that is the dividing force in humanity’s evolution. Not many people realize this, blissful ignorance being the reason again. The Masonic Philosophical Society (M.P.S.) was established with the primary ambition to destroy ignorance that plagues humanity’s evolution. It does so by disseminating Masonic principles through dynamic discussions, and through the advancement of research and understanding of the sciences, arts, and humanities. It embraces the concept of learning for life, not just in school, but also in a community environment where ideas can be shared and debated in an open forum.
